Ender 3 Pro Filament Feeder

Ender 3 Pro Filament Feeder. Ich habe einen ender 3 pro gekauft. I changed my retraction speed to 60mm/s and distance to 3mm, but that didnt help. All of my prints are failing because the filament is breaking in/at the feeder gear.

I just dint kknow how to loosen it. I first noticed an issue when i printed a small object that came out correctly, except there was. Das bed habe ich natürlich gelevelt. When i first fed the filament into the extruder stepper i had a difficult time getting it to feed. Dafür habe ich pla filament eingelegt, die temperatur auf 200 eingestellt und das bed auf 50 grad vorgeheizt.
